Kingston Stanley is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly within events, marketing, and advertising agencies, and a proven ability to manage both strategic and operational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Experience:
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in events, marketing, or advertising agencies.
At least 4 years of managerial experience.
Labour Law Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of local UAE & KSA labour laws and practices.
Strategic and Operational Role:
Balance strategic planning and operational execution of HR functions.
Team Building:
Proven ability to build effective teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
Multicultural Environment:
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
HR Certification:
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be highly advantageous.
Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000
