Position: Protection Engineer - Electrical
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's in electrical/electronic engineering with 2-3 years of experience (Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be acceptable with 4-5 years experience)
- Must be willing to travel within Saudi Arabia for an extended period (up to 6 months).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Must have experience in power systems, LV and MV installations, and protection relays (preferably in Saudi Arabia)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with IEDs/protection relays
- Experienced in understanding electrical schematics and wiring drawings
- Supervision of technicians to get the work done.
- Be able to generate daily work reports
- Compliance with requirements for HSE, quality, safe work permit, and other industrial operation requirements
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards for electrical installation
- Familiar with turnaround schedules and activities.
