Gather, consolidate and analyze financial statements of Group companies.
Prepare financial statements and oversee budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance under IFRS
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and consolidation
Managing inter-co transactions and reconciliations
Manage periodical reporting

Requirements:-
-Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience
-Preferably Qualified Chartered Accountant
-Excellent knowledge of IFRS
-Working experience in consolidation of accounts
-Working experience in risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting
-Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and consolidation
– Managing inter-co transactions, reconciliations & Periodical Reporting
-Proficient in Excel and ERP
