Service Delivery Manager

Contract Duration: 3-6 Months
Job Description:
- Service delivery management role responsible to meet the IT needs of the business and support services.
- Coordinate delivery of IT Services with Design & Architecture, Infrastructure and Application Development / Support.
- Drive IT projects related to migrations, upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, support business in all operational and expansion programmes.
- Serve as an escalation point for all IT related issues for the business division, vendor coordination’s and ensure availability of IT assets to meet business needs.
- Support the development of business cases for investment in new IT solutions by providing implementation and operational plans along with costing.
- Draw up effective plans and strategies to forecast capacity building based on the future release plan of business.
- Effective plans in place for effective monitoring mechanism and resource availability to ensure availability of devices, services and clinical applications round the clock.
- Manage any change introduced into the service in a controlled fashion with minimal or no disruption to the service.
- Develop professional relationship with key stakeholders in the business and be the “go-to” person for their IT needs.
- Have monthly scheduled conversations with the executive leadership team from the business units and ensure business priorities and IT deliverables are aligned.
- Conduct periodic service review meetings with the business stakeholders, support managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure service levels are appropriately monitored.
- Support the management in maintaining the ISO 20000 and financial audits and certifications.
- Accountable for performance of the delivery unit as per the Service Level Agreements with relevant business units.
- As an added responsibility, have been owning and driving Incident management and Problem management within the IT function.
MUST be able to join Immediately (Candidates should be locally available).
