SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor’s degree graduate is preferred.
•At least 2 years experience on the same field.
•Excellent time management and organizational and telephone skills.
•Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
•Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
•Assistance in producing reports, Word documents and Power Point presentations.
•Maintain contracts and correspondence files; assist in making reports.
•Prepares correspondence to clients and other business transactions to other suppliers.
•Detail and process oriented.
