IT Sales / Solution Sales Engineer

We are hiring for below role.
Job title: IT Sales/Solution Sales Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job description:
-Build & maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across enterprises/organizations to enable automation of critical services to enhance process efficiency.
-Handling and selling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & SLA (Service Level Agreement) Contracts
-Preparation of Services Solutions proposals (MPS, Shifting Services, Etc.)
-Spare Part Sales for Servers, Storages, etc
-Selling Product Care Packs & Agreements
-Full service tendering of Technical & Commercial proposals
-Contract & account management Support and execution
-Develop relations & execute sales strategy based on the UAE market status and conditions
-Maintain a large portfolio with clients.
– Be the focal point and follow up on the escalation and issues between client and vendor.
-Review pricing and service levels
-Identify new sales and marketing opportunities
-Develop product literature and sales collateral

Qualifications:
-Proven experience of 3 years sales experience in IT industry in UAE
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/computers
-Languages spoken: English.
