Telephone Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic telephone operator/ receptionist to support the team in receiving all sales calls for our company. You will be responsible for getting sales leads over the phone if required and maintaining good customer relationships. you must be an good communicator and have good people skills.

You must be comfortable presenting our property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in great guest communication and relation.

Responsibilities:
Contact and follow-up on potential or existing guests to inform them about our product or service.
Answer questions about the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales if required

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
