We are in need of Head Chef for our Hotel located in Fujairah, UAE with atleast minimum 7 years work experience as a Head Chief in 5 star Hotel.

Ability to track expenses and manage a budget.
Licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or other certifying agency.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong passion for the art of food design.
Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.

Head Chef responsibilities include:
Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. Approving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer.
