Mechanical Inspector

Candidate should be Mechanical Engineering graduate with minimum 3-5 years of working Experience as a site Engineer responsible for Site supervisions, Work Progress, Execution, Quality Checks and Records for High Rise Towers and Luxury Villas.

•Check materials received on site in compliance with the Contractor’s approved submissions.
•Inspect construction works that include builder works and MEP installation as per shop drawings and project specifications.
•Check As-Built Red Line Marked Up drawings on site
•Inspect testing and commissioning for all services.
•Check non-conformity to specifications and drawings
•Assist other engineers upon the approval of shop drawings and material submittal.
•Review contractor’s method statements, temporary work proposals, personnel deployment schedule and duties allocation
•Administer and manage all submittals & approval process.
•Monitor contractor’s activities on site concerning technical and contractual compliance.
•Monitor contractor’s progress concerning all program related issues.
•Discuss with the other engineers all interrelated construction functions including materials, equipment and construction sequence.
•Communicate directly with the contractors and Client to coordinate activities on routine matters.

Candidate willing to join on immediate basis and with 3-5 years of experience in UAE shall be preferred.

Candidate having UAE Driving License with Car will be preferred.

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Dishonest Keywords
It’s tempting to simply include all of the keywords you see in a job posting on your resume to maximize your chances of getting past the ATS.
But hiring managers are going to be suspicious if they see a resume that’s too perfect.
And even if you make it through to the interview, expect to be pressed with some tough questions about your skills.
Stick to the abilities and qualifications you actually have. Adding skills you lack will waste everyone’s time.
