Job Profile: To be in charge of and coordinate all submittals, planning, procurement, design and shop drawings for the complete project requirements i. He should have experience in Project Management, Contract Management, coordination with Client / Consultant / Vendors / Sub-contractors / government authorities, Supervision of Civil infrastructure works for Electrical power networks.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for company’s Quality, Health, Environment, Safety policy design and implementation.
Design and implement Loss prevention systems.
Communicate HESS hazards that exist in the facilities & make relevant safety information available to employees contractors
Knowledge of ISO 9001 – 2008, 14001 – 2004 EMS and OHSAS 18001 – 2007 and its implementation so as to compliance with legal legislations and loss prevention.
Responsible for ISO IMS 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001
To carry out and organize related HSE training, Induction, Auditing and Inspection of all construction and logistics activities in term of HSE requirements.
Implementation and ensuring to adhere all the safety rules and regulations as per the local Codes of construction safety practice in the various construction sites to achieve the business goals and to enhance the safety culture of the organization.
Specialization in EIA (environmental impact assessment surveys), Demolition waste disposal procedures including sewerage & industrial waste water, Solid & Hazardous waste, HSE management system, offshore safety, Project Emergency Plan & Procedures, Oil Spill contingency plans, HSE Regulation/Legislation manuals, HSE Plans and Philosophies, Safe Working Procedures, Permit To Work Systems, HSE Training Plans and Manuals, Firefighting systems designs.
Carrying out formal audit plans and conduct audits accordingly interface with regulatory HSE bodies.
Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with Government (ADDC,DEWA, Dubai/ Abu Dhabi municipality ) standards for electrical works.
Carry out HAZAD & HAZAN studies and implementation of mitigate actions.
Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards for each project.
Carrying out regular site inspections for the projects to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Planning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices.
Organize Health, Safety & Security committee meetings.
Serve as the senior representative for all matters related to construction Safety requirements and quality assurance of electrical works.
Experience in handling works relating to marking of corridor area, excavation of area as per the requirement, filling the area by the dune sand and normal sand, backfill and compact the area, reinstatement work and material reconciliation.
Experience in handling works relating all High Voltage Cable Installation 11kV to 400kVAs – From excavation to laying of cables of all diameters, backfilling and reinstatement.
Supervise all HSE matter relating to Cable Jointing & Termination 11kV to 33 kV.
Submit the daily, weekly, monthly reports to Project Manager / Directors.

Office Packages : MSOffice – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Qualification requirements:

Diploma in Civil – MANDATORY
NEBOSH International Certificate & OSHA. – MANDATORY
1-3 years of experience in infrastructure works.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
In depth knowledge of all IEC standards for LV Switchgear and Control gear, local utility regulations (ADDC, DEWA, SEWA, FEFA), consultant specifications.
Conversant with Quality Management Systems.
