Job location: Abu Dhabi, U.A.E

Job responsibilities:

Workshop operations management –
– Management of workshop employees
– Scheduling and allocating production
– Management of workshop facility and equipment
– Management of workshop budget and ensuring most effective cost methods are employed
– Oversee material orders, payments and documentation

Production management –
– Full management of the production and execution process
– Ensuring production is completed on time and to quality standards
– Must know how to perfectly execute a design following the instructions and drawings provided
– Liasing with sub-contractors and suppliers
– Liasing with any authorities required for work permits or approvals

On site supervision –
– Management of interior and exterior fit out works
– Management of installation and assembly works
– Management of all logistics required in and out of the site
– Management of work reports, safety, drawings and any other required documentation

Requirements:
– Must have a hands-on approach
– Must have excellent knowledge on materials, finishes and production methods
– Must be very organized and keep up to date accurate records and reports
– Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and Email communication
– Existing knowledge about suppliers in Abu Dhabi and the U.A.E
– Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Basic AutoCAD skills required
– Must be able to sketch out simple design diagrams and layouts

Desired skills:
– Experience with playground equipment
– Experience with design for kids
– Must be enthusiastic, hard working, and reliable
– Arabic speaking is a plus but not required.
