Currently, we are looking for a tech-savvy and driven office assistant, must be Female and Filipino, for our office in business bay.
Responsibilities are as follows:
• Handling the reception area
• Answering all incoming calls to the company and transferring accordingly
• Keeping the office pantry well-stocked and clean
• Welcoming clients/guests and service water/tea/coffee as required
• Generating sale and rental contracts
• Creating rent and sale advertisements and posting in various property portals
• Other administrative/marketing tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Has a MOFA ATTESTED bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience in real estate.
