Senior Accountant

We are looking to immediately hire a full-time EXPERIENCED accountant to join our dynamic team. Good communication skills, verbal and writing as well. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in any trading firm. Duties: Manage all accounting transactions prepare budget forecast to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Ensure timely bank payments, Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, Responsibilities: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Processing of balance sheets, income statements, profit and loss, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines (full financial statements) Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Reviewing of expenses payroll records, etc. Follow up in payment collections knowledge & Skills: Must be experienced with handling multiple company accounts. Must be able to compile the accounts of the Clients and draw the final Trial Balance. Must be able to supervise the accounts of the Clients and advise them on the strategies to improve the business operations and activities. Must have independently formulated systems procedures, and internal controls and have them implemented. Must be able to provide necessary assistance to the Clients. Knowledgeable in UAE VAT Laws. computer skills, emails, word, excel, and ability to work under pressure are a must comply with financial policies and regulations.
