Key responsibilities: Provides range of complex office administration and support to the CEO such as ticket and hotel booking, minutes preparation, renewals (Passport, UAE visa, RTA related, Lease Agreement, Contracts), visa processing to other countries, payments (DEWA, Phone, Salik, RTA), handling petty cash fund for office expenses, events/meeting preparation, and serves as principal administrative contact.
The Successful applicant: The role is 100% admin driven so you must be a go-better. Must have 5 years’ experience in an administration position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company preferably in UAE. You must have a proven track record in administration management.
