Role/Responsibilities:
1. HARDWARE
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Setting up and configuring servers along with storage, laptops and desktops.
• Configuring all type of Network and local Printers
• Provide desktop and server support
• Remote Technical Support
• Support tablets and smart phones when necessary.
2. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows Operating System
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops, network equipment, printers, etc…
• Execute backup procedures and rotate and maintain backup media onsite and offsite.
• MS Outlook Email configuration, backup and support
• Managing the IT Assets inventory.
3. SOFTWARE
• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops locally & centrally.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
4. ACCESS CONTROL, CCTV AND TELEPHONE SYSTEM
• Support Access Control, CCTV and attendance systems.
• Panasonic PABX and Telephones Installation, programing, Maintenance and support
5. NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE / ROLES AND ACCESS
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Add/Delete Server Roles and Features
• Working on Active Directory accounts, configuration of laptops
• Configured Network Infrastructure Roles.
