Female Customer Service (with Accounting Background preferred)

Salary Range: 2000-3500 Dhs depending on experience

Responsibilities:
– Order intake, check if items are in stock if not order them
– Handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
– Call customers daily for their requirements and create quotes
– Provide customers with product knowledge, get leads and book appointments
– Attend weekly meetings and contribute to team activities
– Work closely with Sales Engineers to achieve sales objectives
– Contribute to the team by sharing and implementing Best Practices
– (Update office bills when necessary)
– (Must have a technical aptitude)
– Business attire is required
– Assist with store activities
