The candidate should have Knowledge of Project Documents Life Cycle, Project Life Cycle, Understand all technical discipline and have knowledge of electronic document control system.

Receiving, Checking, Distributing and controlling all incoming and outgoing documents of Projects Supports and Government Communication Department. Responsible for filing and retrieval of all documents. Responsible for the clerical function including photocopying and scanning of documents.

Preparing of Folder / File Structure for Hard / Electronic files as per the Unit nos. / Discipline / Document Type for easy Filing / Storing and Archiving of Documents / Drawings.

Controlling and maintaining all contractual documents for each projects such as Contracts/Agreement, LOA, Contract Specification, Contract Drawings, Advance payment Bonds, Performance Bond & Insurance.

Candidate should be graduate and available to join immediately.
