Description
Brief of the job profile;
Develop plan of care for patients based on the assessment
Deliver nursing care intervention including but not limited to, skin and oral care; promoting hygiene; administer medications; dress wounds, peg site and other contraptions
Monitor and document patient’s vital signs, intake and output, medications, nutritional and hydration status
Report and document any changes in patient status and respond in emergency situations
Coordinate with GPs, case managers, physiotherapists and other health professionals involved in the provision of care
Monitor medical equipment and supplies, especially medication expiration, and coordinate with other personnel or staff for the needed supplies or medications
Assist during hospital admissions or during patient check-up in hospitals or healthcare centers
Educate patients, caregivers and family members regarding infection control and health promotion measures
Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
HAAD/DHA License or Eligibility
Provisions
Salary: AED 7,000
