Office Boy

RESPONSIBILITIES

The applicant should be able to monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office to ensure that they are in a good working condition.

Should be able to communicate fluently to greet guests and make them comfortable by offering them tea/coffee.

Should be able to prepare all types of coffee and tea for guests and management staff as required.

The ideal candidate should be to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, workstations, bathrooms, and pantry area.

Applicants should be able to collect and distribute courier or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails for the respective people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The applicants should be male having work experience of not less than 1 year in the same field within UAE.

Ideal candidates should have knowledge of office maintenance techniques to help employees in accomplishing tasks faster.

Applicant should be hardworking and willing to work up to specific hours since its a full time job in any case.

Well mannered, groomed, and presentable.

Good communication skills in English is critical for this role.

The preferred candidate should have good interaction abilities and professional personal display to enable him relate well with the prospective customers.

Candidates should sincere, and trustworthy with know of customer service methods and concepts hence having good conduct with the employee.

Benefits: Free Visa, insurance, paid annual leaves after 2 years, ticket after 2 years, free accommodation.

SALARY: AED 1,300 plus accommodation.
