Job Summary: Customer Experience Measurement through telephonic contact and field surveys. Diagnosing concern, assigning correction, follow up for root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action, related process improvisation. Arrange periodic review meetings with concerned process Team and Process Owner to monitor progress. Contact Customer after the concern is attended, to ascertain satisfaction under personal visit to customers to identify areas where real value can be added and work on the implementation of same with the cooperation of teams within the company.
