Male or Female; Preferably European, Lebanese with good experience.  With background in Italian, French, European, American cuisine A minimum of 5 to 10 years years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
Requirements
.n addition, with experience in fusion kitchen and specializing American deli, sandwiches and salads.  Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours). Must be in Abu Dhabi or Dubai or  within UAE and would be willing to move to Abu Dhabi.
