Document Controller

We are currently looking for an Arabic Document Controller for our client in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should be a degree holder with at least 8 years total experience in the related field.
Managing  Drawings  Incoming  and  Outgoing  and  Tracking  them  on  an Existing Database. Ensuring Drawings are Correctly Stored Electronically.
Assisting and Supporting the Contractors and Designers with Storage and Retrieval of Drawings. Be Responsible for the Maintenance, Control, Operation and Improvement of the Data Exchange Framework whereby Technical and Operating Data to Support the Development and Delivery of Training.
Be the Internal Focal Point for Sharing and Distributing Technical Data within the Training and Design Teams.
Maintain  a Configuration  Record of Data in Use Including Issue  and Amendment Status. Administer the Request Management System, to Ensure Timely Submission of Request for Data, Responses to Queries and Assessments of Received Data. This should also Include Maintenance and Tracking Requests that have not been fulfilled.
Manage the Technical Interpretation of the Data Received to ensure that a Service is provided to the Training Design and Delivery Terms Whereby an Overview of Changes and Impact Statements are provided. This should Include Interpreting the Data to ensure that the Impact of New Data is Quickly Understood by the Team. Manage and Report on Key Data Dependencies, including providing a submission for the Monthly Programmed Review Meeting and Other Review forums as applicable.
