Warehouse cum Logistics Specialist

Handles import and export shipments. Processes documents required for export and re-export (certificate of Origin, re-export docs, non-duty application)Coordinates with the shipping agents regarding vessel nominations, shipment schedules, vessel information and loading port ETA, ETS. Coordinates with the production team to ensure goods will be physically ready in the picking lines for dispatch. Ensures the availability of materials needed in production and in any other department. Establishes Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures. Prepares budget and investments to improve warehouse operations and material flow. Establishes and visualizes KPI’s and takes actions for continuous improvements. We are looking for a Warehouse /Logistics Specialist to support our Warehouse and Logistics department. With 2 - 4 years experience, preferably in the Middle East. Arabic is not necessary but would be a Plus.
