Recognized by client as the strategic lead. Responsible for the success of all your accounts. Oversees program development and execution. Guides team by setting priorities and milestones, and for meeting and often exceeding client expectations. Leads all accounts from a strategic level – update, listen, proactively counsel, make recommendations and set expectations with the highest levels of contacts within the client organizations on PR and marketing issues. Maintains a long-term view of client needs across accounts and translates needs into short- and long-term actions and priorities for the team. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of clients business. Develops PR Plans and oversees outlined programs including news announcements, product reviews, product launches, press tours ongoing media relations work, tradeshow activities and speakers bureaus. Proactively adjusts PR strategy to reflect evolving client business strategies. Monitors agency relationship with account to ensure The client is perceived as a true business partner. Facilitate Invoicing process with timely editing of Pre-Bill worksheets. Maintain daily contact with clients and develop strong media relationships Develop new campaign ideas and initiatives to drive  top-tier results Continually develop and present creative pitch ideas  for clients Brainstorm and create social media programs such as  sponsorship, contests, promotions, or other engagement initiatives Assist in the compilation of annual and  program-specific reports Participate in new business brainstorms.
