Quantity Surveyors - 2 No’s
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Quotations with Bill of Quantities.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries and assisting in obtaining projects related regulatory permits.
• Advising on procurement strategy.
• Providing advice on variation claims.
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
• Evaluating completed works and invoices preparation.
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
• Must have a minimum experience of 5 years with excellent knowledge in joinery and interior fit-out works.
• Perfect knowledge of material is a must.
• Good knowledge of cost and commercial management through the design, tender, fabrication and installation stages of joinery and interior fit-out works.
Transfer of sponsorship is must
