Manufacturing industry based at RAK urgently hiring Logistics Assistant preferably female (Filipina and Indian) candidates to handle the following job.
Take regular Quotations for freight charges and make a comparison for LCL shipments.
Quote to Regional Office (RO) for LCL shipments
Coordinate with Production for Packing Details, Readiness of materials and Saudi Console
Coordinate with stores for loading of materials Prepare export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, GCC / ACC and COO
Prepare documents as per the LC wherever applicable
Get the Arabic typing done for export documents
Arrange for vehicle as per the materials ready for shipment
Edit the CI as per the customer order and send it to RO Send pre alert to RO for the shipments done
Follow up with the transporter for updates on the shipment Follow up with the transporter for the invoices
Prepare report for freight invoices received for accounts
Proper control of sales order documents and ensure proper filing of the docs both soft/hard copy.
