Job summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Sales Manager.
Summary of essential job functions
- Sends e-mails or posts Company Profile to prospective clients
- Sends enquiries to prospective suppliers and companies as directed by the Sales Manager
- Follows up on enquiries from customers as requested
- Makes a minimum number of phone calls per day (as determined by the Sales Manager) to
increase sales and market exposure
- Prepares quotations as requested by the Sales team
- Maintains the delivery schedule for the sales department
- Prepares Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
- Reviews Purchase Orders
- Communicate with Clients regarding inquiries and other concerns
- Searches for outstanding Tenders from Companies such as BNT Network, DEWA. Etc
- Conducts client prospecting and telemarketing
- Obtains and manages Quality Information such as Customer Feedback and Customer
Surveys and communicates to the QHSE Department
- Monitors and reports Quality Objective status for Sales Department
- Does Administrative work from time to time, as requested by management
Minimum requirements
- English language competency, fluency in other languages may be beneficial
- Sales experience around 2-3 years -Mechanical Engineering Background.
