Due to expansion plans, we are looking for an HR cum BD Consultant to join us in UAE. We are looking for an HR cum BD Consultant who has experience of developing business from scratch and has strong networking capabilities. The past experience of Business Development in HR Domain is a must.  The key job responsibilities will include : - Development of new HR Business including HRO, RPO and HR Consulting.
- Ensure the end to end project delivery by working on the requirements through self, team and external vendors.
- Account Management to ensure a strategic working relationship with the clients and for sensing the opportunities for new business with them.
- Develop a continuous business plan for growth of business and work towards achieving the objectives in concurrence with and after approval from Senior Management
- Ensure quality service levels and delivery to the clients The key skills required for this role are :
