Requirements:
1.Experience
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction commercial/QS roles in UAE
• At least 3–5 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong experience in UAE or GCC projects (preferred)
• Experience in villa, residential, or high-rise projects
2.Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
• Cost control & budgeting
• Variations & claims
• Final accounts
• Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts
• Experience in subcontract management and procurement
3.Soft Skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a commercial team
• Problem-solving mindset with strong commercial awareness
4.Language
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic is a plus
Salary:
AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
