Junior Recruiter

We’re hiring a Recruiter to deliver end-to-end hiring across business-critical roles in the UAE. This is a hands-on role for someone who can source properly, screen with discipline, and manage stakeholders with pace and professionalism — no CV-slinging, no excuses.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding support
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and market mapping
- Run structured screening calls and assess for capability, motivation, and fit (not just keywords)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and decision criteria
- Keep the process moving: scheduling, candidate comms, feedback loops, and offer management
- Maintain clean reporting: pipeline status, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and blockers
- Protect candidate experience while holding a high bar on quality

What we’re looking for
- Proven recruitment experience in the UAE (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Boolean, outreach messaging)
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to push for decisions
- Commercial mindset: understands urgency, prioritisation, and quality of hire
- Clear communicator with strong admin discipline and follow-through
- English required; Arabic is a plus

Nice to have
- Experience hiring across technical / commercial / operational roles
- ATS/CRM experience and comfort with reporting metrics
- GCC market exposure beyond the UAE
