An AI company is hiring a Project Manager to drive delivery across high-impact AI products and client implementations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure, pace, and stakeholder control to fast-moving technical teams — and keep delivery honest: scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end project delivery across AI product builds and/or client implementations
- Run delivery cadence: sprint planning, stand-ups, RAID logs, milestones, and stakeholder updates
- Translate business goals into clear requirements and delivery plans with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets (if applicable), and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Drive risk management early: data readiness, model performance constraints, integration blockers, security/compliance
- Coordinate go-lives: UAT, release planning, change management, and post-launch support handover
- Build reporting that leadership trusts: progress, blockers, decisions needed, and next steps

What we’re looking for
- Proven Project Manager experience in a tech environment (AI/data/software preferred)
- Strong delivery discipline: can run Agile delivery but also manage real-world constraints and fixed deadlines
- Comfortable working with technical teams (APIs, data pipelines, cloud environments, integrations)
- Strong stakeholder management: can align business, tech, and external clients without drama
- Clear communicator with high standards for documentation and follow-through
- Experience in the GCC/UAE market is a plus

Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI/ML products (data labelling, model training cycles, MLOps, monitoring)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification
- Exposure to security, privacy, or regulated environments

When pressure hits, you stay calm, protect scope, unblock fast, and get the work shipped.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
