A leading organisation is hiring a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Programme Manager to take ownership of NOC programme delivery end-to-end — driving operational performance, governance, service quality, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 environment. This is a senior role for someone who can manage stakeholders, run tight delivery cadence, and turn operational complexity into measurable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the NOC programme roadmap: service improvements, tooling, process, and performance initiatives
- Lead governance: KPIs/SLAs, reporting, service reviews, risk/issue management, and escalation frameworks
- Drive operational excellence across incident, problem, change, and major incident management (with clear playbooks)
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Network/Infra/Security/App teams and vendors/partners
- Improve monitoring and observability outcomes: alert quality, noise reduction, automation, and faster MTTR
- Manage programme plans, budgets (if applicable), dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Build a performance rhythm: weekly/monthly exec reporting, action tracking, and accountability
What we’re looking for
- Proven programme management experience in NOC / network operations / IT operations (24/7 environments)
- Strong understanding of ITSM and operational frameworks (incident/problem/change; ITIL exposure preferred)
- Track record delivering measurable improvements (availability, MTTR, SLA attainment, customer impact reduction)
- Confident stakeholder management: can influence senior leadership and technical teams without getting lost in the weeds
- Strong vendor management capability (service delivery, performance enforcement, governance)
- Clear, structured communicator with high standards for documentation and reporting
Package
- AED 75,000–80,000 per month + benefits/bonus (as applicable)
Requirements:
You’re a delivery-focused Programme Manager with deep exposure to NOC and 24/7 operations, and you know how to raise performance without creating bureaucracy. You bring structure to complex operational environments — tightening governance, improving incident and escalation handling, and driving service improvements that show up in the numbers (availability, SLA performance, MTTR, and customer impact). You’re comfortable working across network, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams, translating technical realities into clear plans, priorities, and executive-level reporting. You run a disciplined cadence, you document properly, and you’re the person stakeholders trust when the pressure is on — because you stay calm, drive decisions, and close actions fast.
Salary:
AED 75,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
