We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business for cutting-edge AI software in the UAE. You’ll own the full commercial cycle: building pipeline, opening doors with senior stakeholders, running discovery, shaping proposals, and closing deals. If you’re comfortable selling value (not features) and you like fast-moving, high-trust environments, this is for you.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across UAE (and wider GCC if relevant)
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts (C-level, Heads of Data/IT, Ops, Finance, Product)
- Run discovery to uncover pain, impact, urgency, stakeholders, and buying process
- Position AI solutions clearly in plain English (ROI, risk reduction, speed, quality, automation)
- Lead proposals, pricing conversations, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with product/technical teams to scope use cases and pilots/POCs
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene: activity, next steps, forecasting, deal notes
- Represent the brand at events, roundtables, and partner meetings in Dubai
What “good” looks like in this role
- Consistent outbound activity with strong conversion to meetings and qualified opportunities
- Clear deal plans (stakeholders, decision criteria, timeline, risks, next steps)
- Confident executive conversations focused on outcomes and commercial value
- Strong follow-through: fast response times, tight next steps, no “dead” deals
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience in software/SaaS (AI, data, analytics, automation, or enterprise tech preferred)
- Track record of hitting targets (new logo acquisition + pipeline generation)
- Strong consultative selling skills (MEDDIC/SPICED-style thinking is a plus)
- Comfortable with outbound: cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences, events
- Able to sell to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Based in Dubai (or able to relocate) with strong UAE market knowledge
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience selling into regulated or complex environments (finance, gov, healthcare, enterprise)
- Partner/channel selling exposure
- Experience running pilots/POCs and converting to annual contracts
What you’ll get
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Clear targets, support, and a product that genuinely solves problems
- High ownership, fast decisions, and room to grow
Requirements:
You’re a commercially sharp, high-energy Business Development Manager who knows how to sell complex AI software in a simple, outcome-led way. You’re comfortable opening doors from scratch, building a clean pipeline, and running a structured sales process from first conversation through to signed contract. You don’t hide behind “product features” — you lead with business impact, ROI, and clear use cases, and you can hold your own with both technical stakeholders (data/IT/product) and business decision makers (GM, CFO, COO).
You’re naturally proactive and disciplined: consistent outbound activity, tight follow-ups, and clear next steps. You qualify properly, map stakeholders, and understand decision criteria and buying process early so deals don’t drift. You’re confident presenting, negotiating, and handling objections, and you’re happy to collaborate with solution/technical teams to scope pilots or POCs and convert them into long-term commercial agreements.
Ideally, you’ve sold B2B SaaS or enterprise tech in the UAE/GCC (AI, data, analytics, automation, cybersecurity, or similar), you’ve got a track record of hitting targets, and you bring strong market awareness of how organisations in Dubai actually buy. You’re motivated by ownership, pace, and results — and you want to be part of a team building something genuinely cutting-edge.
Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
