Partner - Tax Focus - Leading Law Firm

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Partner with a specialized focus on Tax law to join our leading legal firm in Dubai. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead complex tax-related legal matters, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of our tax practice within a prestigious and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-profile tax law cases and advisory projects for local and international clients.
- Provide expert counsel on a wide range of tax matters including corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax issues.
- Develop and expand the firm's tax practice by identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with other practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers and staff within the tax department to build a strong, knowledgeable team.
- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance our profile as a leading tax law advisor.
- Stay abreast of changes in UAE and international tax laws and regulations to provide timely, innovative legal advice.

Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in tax law, preferably within a leading law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven track record managing complex tax-related matters and delivering successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing legal teams.
- Excellent business development abilities and a network of contacts in the UAE market.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of UAE tax legislation, economic environment and international tax practices.

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent.
