A leading multinational FMCG organisation is hiring an HR Director to lead a large, high-performing HR function in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has operated at scale in a global MNC environment and can run a modern HR operating model across Shared Services and Centres of Excellence (COE).
The role (what you’ll do)
You’ll take ownership of the HR agenda for a complex, fast-paced business and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while ensuring operational excellence across the HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the HR operating model across Shared Services and COE, driving service quality, governance, and consistency.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across organisational design, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Build and lead a large HR team (40+), setting clear standards, capability development plans, and performance expectations.
• Partner with business leaders on culture, engagement, change, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee core HR pillars such as talent acquisition strategy, performance management, employee relations, learning, reward, and policy.
• Ensure HR delivery is commercially aligned, data-driven, and fit for a multinational, matrixed environment.
Requirements:

Essential:
• HR Director (or equivalent) experience within a global multinational (MNC) environment.
• Demonstrated experience running Shared Services and COE structures.
• Proven leadership of a large HR team of 40+.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior, matrixed leadership groups.
• Track record of building high-performing teams, improving service delivery, and driving measurable HR outcomes.
Preferred:
• FMCG experience (or similarly high-velocity, high-volume sectors).
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional scope.
• Strong change management and transformation capability.
Salary:
AED 85,000 to 93,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
