We’re hiring a Product Manager to own roadmap delivery for a B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define product strategy, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and drive execution from discovery through launch. You’ll manage prioritization, write user stories, define success metrics, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of progress and outcomes. This role requires strong product thinking, commercial awareness, and disciplined delivery.
Requirements:
5–9+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or digital platforms. Strong experience running discovery, defining requirements, and shipping features with cross-functional teams. Comfortable with data and product analytics, and able to link roadmap decisions to commercial outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in high-growth environments is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
Salary:
AED 28,000 to 42,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
