We’re hiring a Finance Business Partner to support commercial and operational decision-making in an e-commerce environment. You’ll own budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting, and margin analysis across key categories and channels. You’ll partner with leadership to improve unit economics, pricing decisions, and cost control, providing clear insights and recommendations. You’ll support month-end performance reviews and help build stronger financial governance as the business scales.
Requirements:
5–9+ years in FP&A or finance business partnering roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or high-growth consumer businesses. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting capability. Comfortable translating data into clear actions for non-finance stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge constructively. Degree in Finance/Accounting required; ACA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Salary:
AED 25,000 to 38,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
