About the Role
At the forefront of network strategy, you will oversee route development, network performance monitoring, hub development, efficient fleet deployment and many more planning related tasks that underpin Riyadh Air’s ambitious expansion plans.
Reporting to the VP Network Planning & Partnerships, you will lead a team of Network Planning Managers and Analysts, ensuring the delivery of robust analysis and well-founded network proposals.
Through close collaboration with Fleet, Commercial, Operations, and Finance departments, you will facilitate the cohesive integration and execution of strategic and tactical network initiatives.
As a senior leader, you will be tasked with delivering strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership. Shaping key decisions and enhancing our readiness for future expansions are pivotal requirements of this role.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in economics, with at least 10 years of professional experience in Airline Network Planning, Network Strategy or Scheduling and a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity.
Knowledge of the Sabre Network Planning & Optimization suite would be highly desirable.
Expertise in strategic network development and process optimization are essential.
With a strong command of strategic planning and data interpretation, you will drive impactful decisions that shape the airline’s future trajectory.
