About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ensuring compliance in aviation training?
As Officer – Technical Training Records, you will coordinate, administer, and manage technical training programs for our Engineering & Maintenance division. A key part of your role will be maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is current, records are accurate, and staff remain compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.
In this role, you will plan and schedule technical training courses, monitor training validity and renewals, generate compliance reports for management and audits, and liaise with regulators, training providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure training programs run smoothly.
Your work will directly support the readiness and compliance of our technical teams, ensuring Riyadh Air operates to the highest standards of safety and excellence.
About You
Degree-qualified in Aviation, Engineering, Training Management, or a related field, you will bring 3 - 5 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or technical records management within an airline or MRO environment.
You are expected to have strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to thrive in this collaborative role.
