Lead Auditor Quality

About the Company
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role
Are you driven by precision, integrity, and a passion for aviation safety?

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Auditor to champion our internal and external audit programs and uphold the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

In this critical role, you will lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of audits across our Engineering & Maintenance functions, ensuring alignment with GACA, EASA, FAA, and other global aviation authorities.

Yours is a role which requires impartial and objective evaluation of operational practices, prohibits involvement in release-to-service activities, and drives continuous improvement through effective audit reporting and closure of corrective actions.

You will be instrumental in identifying gaps, driving corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role demands a sharp analytical mind, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure our operations meet and exceed industry standards.

If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and are passionate about aviation quality, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum 8 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or related field. Further, you are expected to demonstrate at least 3 years of on-the-job auditor training within a Part 145 or equivalent organization.

Experience with GACA/EASA auditing requirements and Lead/Internal Auditor training course IS0 9001 or ISO 19011 is essential.
