Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate financial and client data in company systems
Verify and cross-check information to ensure correctness and completeness
Manage digital and paper-based documents, ensuring proper filing and retrieval
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting purposes
Assist the accounts and tax teams with timely and precise data input
Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality
Generate reports and summaries as required by management
Support administrative and documentation needs of the office
? Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in Accounting/Finance/Business)
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with accounting or tax software will be an added advantage
Strong typing speed with high accuracy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
