Team Member - (ASSESMBLY)

Key Result Areas:

 

1.Conduct daily facility checks, segregation of supplies, good storage and labelling practices, work order handling, housekeeping, reporting irregularities or employee complaints. 

2.Load and off-load all the incoming and outgoing consignments using excellent stacking and transporting techniques and ensure no damage to goods or their packing.

3.Maintain the store items in a tidy manner in order to simplify the issuance and stock taking process and rearrange the Stores as required.

4.Maintain the Bin cards/ inventory trackers in a systematic manner to ensure that the items are delivered to the various sections within the Department on a *first in, first out* basis based on requirements received.

5.Support the inventory controller in handling the inventory activities, different stock transactions and ensure the required inventory levels of stocks are maintained to ensure business continuity. 

6.Assisting internal stakeholders with accurate information in order to achieve service excellence.

7.Execute daily operational activities by adhering to the company's Hygiene and safety rules and regulations to ensure compliance standards. Suggest better process to the team leader based on the gaps identified in daily Operations.

8.Inform the respective Team Leaders/Accommodation Supervisors about employee concerns/issues received and ensure they are resolved as per the target timelines.

9. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute his/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

 

Skills:

Good learner and eager to take more task. 

Should be able to work in places where they are exposed to dust, fumes, noise, and high voltage equipment. 

Capable of working in confined and hot spaces like roofs, crawl ways and attics. 

Able to work in adverse weather and may be required to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, kneel or stand for long stretches of time. 

Ability to work under pressure to meet targets set by supervisors 

Should be able to work in shift basis and as per operational requirement.

Basic spoken & Written English.

High level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Dishonest Keywords
It’s tempting to simply include all of the keywords you see in a job posting on your resume to maximize your chances of getting past the ATS.
But hiring managers are going to be suspicious if they see a resume that’s too perfect.
And even if you make it through to the interview, expect to be pressed with some tough questions about your skills.
Stick to the abilities and qualifications you actually have. Adding skills you lack will waste everyone’s time.
