Job Description
Maintenance Agent-Technician
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
Must have a full working knowledge of all the hotel’s mechanical systems.
Operation of the hotel’s BMS system.
Take meter readings of natural gas, fuel and water on a daily basis.
Implement the trouble reporting system effectively.
Implement the planned preventive maintenance system.
Keep the engineering department logs in a timely and accurate manner.
Execute the work order / request system properly.
Patrol and inspect all areas of the hotel on a regular basis.
Keep the work area clean, neat and organized.
Operation and maintenance of all the mechanical systems in the hotel.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Technical high school diploma.
Must be technically competent.
Must be computer literate, with BMS experience.
Sufficient reading, writing and oral skills in the English language.
