Job Description
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis III to join our culinary team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Commis III, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of various hot dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Support senior chefs in menu preparation and execution
Participate in food presentation and plating to meet our high standards
Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Contribute ideas for menu improvements and new dishes
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen
