About You:

As a Lead Nurturing Agent at Regent International School, you will play a crucial role in the admissions process by contacting leads and guiding them to enrol their children in our schools. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential parents, follow up on their enquiries, and convert leads into enrolments. Additionally, you will attend to any leads that come into the system as the first point of contact, ensuring all new leads are opened and contacted within 24 hours. You will maintain communication with prospective families, providing relevant information and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will represent the voice of the Regent International School brand and contribute to the growth and success of our schools.

Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact:
Attend to any leads that come into the system as the first point of contact.
Ensure all new leads are opened and contacted within 24 hours.
Conduct Outbound Calls:
Initiate follow-up calls with potential parents/existing leads in the CRM who have expressed interest in enrolling their children.
Reach out to parents who have attended tours and assist them through the enrolment process.
Manage WhatsApp Channels:
Engage and manage WhatsApp communications with potential parents to address their queries promptly.
Provide Information:
Communicate with parents about the unique features and benefits of Regent International School.
Address enquiries related to admissions procedures, curriculum, extracurricular activities, facilities, and other relevant topics.
Enrolment Conversion:
Persuasively promote the advantages of enrolling their children in our schools.
Effectively address objections and concerns to encourage parents to proceed with the enrolment process.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential parents.
Stay in regular contact with parents who are considering enrolment, ensuring they receive all necessary information.
Data Management:
Accurately record and update all interactions and communications with potential parents in the CRM system.
Maintain comprehensive records of follow-up actions, ensuring accurate tracking of leads.
Collaboration:
Liaise with the admissions team to ensure cohesive communication and coordinated efforts until the student is successfully enrolled.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and progress toward enrollment targets.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in tele-sales or telephone-based customer service, preferably in an educational or related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into enrolments.
Empathetic approach toward understanding parents' needs and concerns.
Ability to articulate complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing leads and data.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in English.
