Nestlé Tamakon Program "Nationals"

Nestle TAMAKON is a national development program designed to provide transformative internship opportunities to National students nearing graduation in Summer 2025. The program includes a 4-month internship duration, which can potentially lead to full-time employment and further development opportunities for those who successfully complete  the internship phase.

 

Through these internships, we aim to empower and equip talented nationals with technical knowledge, real-world exposure, and a structured learning experience. That will set them on a path to success within Nestle. The program goes beyond traditional internships—we aim to identify high performers and offer them full-time employment within our organization, ensuring a strong national talent pipeline for the future.

 

By providing valuable skills and experiences to our interns, we not only prepare them for their future careers but also contribute to the overall development of our industry.
