Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other office equipment for employees.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems, ensuring software and security patches are installed promptly.
Monitor and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
Assist with setting up and maintaining company networks, VPNs, and other communication systems.
Provide training to employees on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Assist with IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Experience with networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
