As the Diversity Strategy Manager,  you will champion the organisation's strength in diversity and support a culture of inclusivity to reflect our core values and our customer genome.

In this role, you will:

Support the business to establish diversity goals and direct the implementation of action plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.  
Collaborate with relevant Departments to design a framework for measuring belonging and diversity and reporting on their overall impact on the culture and Emirates Group experience.  
Partner with HR and the business to ensure our diversity goals are integrated into our people practices.  
Design diversity solutions to make our differences count and align it to the Emirates Group overall talent and development approach.  
Provide consulting, training and coaching for executives, leaders and employees on diversity opportunities.
Build and manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are strategically aligned with diversity objectives and contribute to fostering a more inclusive culture across the Emirates Group.
Support HR and business leaders in diagnosing diversity related issues, recommending potential solutions and executing interventions.
Remain current and provide subject matter expertise on global equal employment opportunity acts and affirmative action laws and regulations within our Groups network.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Degree in a related field, preferably within Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour or equivalent. Masters level qualification would be an asset.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant Human Resources role.
Progressive experience in a people or organisational development related role.
A deep understanding of diversity measurement, evaluation and reporting and a track record in developing and delivering diversity programs and events.

You'll have an edge if you have:

Ability to effectively build partnerships across the business and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent relationship management and engagement skills, particularly with senior leaders and executives.
Ability to work cross collaboratively, with excellent facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
