Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
Provide information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and services.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the waiting staff and management to ensure smooth service.
Support the team in various tasks as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow within the field.
