Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years in professional development, career coaching, or related fields.
Experience with MBA or postgraduate students is a plus.
Corporate L&D experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Help students craft professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
Support interview readiness and provide personalized feedback.
Monitor and analyze student progress, ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute PRP schedules.
Conduct workshops on communication, soft skills, critical thinking, LinkedIn, and mock interviews.
Evaluate and track performance to ensure measurable skill development.
